Armoniza.ai ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our website (https://armoniza.ai) and our conversational AI platform services (the "Service"). We operate from The Netherlands and comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide to Us
  • Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, and company details.
  • Billing Information: Payment details are processed by our secure payment providers.
  • User Content: Documents and data you upload to create and configure your specific AI agents.
2.2 Information from Third-Party Services (Google User Data)

If you choose to connect your Google account (such as Google Calendar), we access and collect calendar and event data solely to provide calendar scheduling and availability features within your AI agent.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use general account and user data to provide the functionalities of the Armoniza.ai Service, including:

  • Operating and maintaining the Service features you interact with.
  • Enabling your AI agents to answer questions based on your provided User Content.
  • Processing payments and managing your subscription.
Google API Services User Data Policy & Limited Use Disclosure

Armoniza.ai's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, regarding Google user data:

  • Exclusive Purpose: Google user data is accessed, used, and retained strictly to provide or improve user-facing features and functionality of the Armoniza.ai application (such as calendar scheduling). We do not use Google user data for any reasons other than providing or improving our app's functionality.
  • No Advertising or Marketing: Google user data is never used to serve advertisements, targeted ads, or for marketing or lead generation.
  • No AI/ML Generalized Model Training: Google user data is never used to train, retrain, or improve generalized or foundation artificial intelligence (AI) and/or machine learning (ML) models.
  • No Sale or Unrelated Sharing: Google user data is never sold, leased, or shared with third parties for their own independent use or any secondary purposes.
  • Limited Transfer: We only transfer Google user data to third parties (such as hosting infrastructure providers) as strictly necessary to provide or improve user-facing application features, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger/acquisition with explicit user consent.
AI/ML Model Providers and Data Isolation

To power the conversational features of your AI agents (such as answering questions from your uploaded User Content), Armoniza.ai processes data using Google Cloud's Vertex AI platform (including Gemini models). Any Google Workspace or Google Photos user data connected to your account is processed strictly to deliver the requested in-app functionality (e.g., calendar scheduling) and is never sent to this or any AI processing pipeline for the purpose of training, retraining, or improving generalized or foundational AI/ML models.

Under our Google Cloud enterprise configuration, data submitted to Vertex AI/Gemini via the API is not used by Google to train its foundational models, consistent with Google Cloud's generative AI data governance terms. We do not route Google user data through any additional third-party AI aggregators, model gateways, or hubs.

If we integrate any additional third-party AI service provider in the future, we will (a) confirm that provider's terms prohibit training on our submitted data, or enable a "zero data retention"/no-training configuration where offered, and (b) update this Privacy Policy to disclose the provider, the data flows involved, and the safeguards in place before Google user data is exposed to that integration.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share general data only with Service Providers (hosting, AI processing APIs for user requests, payment processors) strictly as necessary to provide the Service. Google user data received via Google APIs is never shared or transferred to third parties for advertising, marketing, independent third-party use, or generalized AI model training, and is strictly handled in accordance with the Google Limited Use requirements.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is primarily stored within the European Economic Area (EEA). We use industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) and access controls to protect your data.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)
